Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important and we do what we can to protect it. Everything that we do is in strict accordance with the data protection act of 1998. We try to at least equal the best practices in the industry for processing sensitive information.

What we do with our data

We have security procedures in place to keep any information which we receive safe and secure.

We have procedures in place to prevent unauthorised people from accessing your information.

If you submit information to us you automatically give us permission to store this data, and to share relevant parts of it with companies who provide goods or services that you have enquired about.

If you provide us with any information about a third party, you must have the permission of that third-party before doing so.

Apart from providing information to suppliers of goods or services that you ever enquired about, we will only allow third parties to have access to your data under the following circumstances:

1) When we are legally obliged to do so;
2) When we do so as part of an investigation into suspected fraud;

Data disclosure

In order to provide you with the services or goods that you are looking for it is necessary for us to collect and process a limited amount of information about you, which we then pass on to providers of those goods or services. Part of our agreement with these providers is that they will use the data only for providing you with the services or goods that you require, and for no other purpose whatsoever, and that they will use at least the same security measures that we use in order to keep your data secure.

Getting in touch with you

We may use the information you provide us with to contact you by telephone or e-mail from time to time, in order to provide you with the products or services that you have requested, to keep you up-to-date with new developments. You can opt out of receiving these contacts at any time, by a verbal request in the case of a telephone call, or by replying to an e-mail with 'unsubscribe' as the header.

Requesting details about the information we hold about you

You are entitled, under the terms of the Data Protection Act of 1998, to request details of any information that we hold about you. We are entitled to charge a reasonable administration fee for this, which at the moment is £10. Before releasing this information, we will need to be completely satisfied that you are the person whom the data relates to.

You are also entitled to ask us to alter any data that we hold which is incorrect.

Our website does not use cookies. However, we do carry links to other websites, that do use cookies. You should therefore check the privacy policies of any such websites to make sure that their cookie policies are acceptable to you.
